AI Summary

This bill ensures that any contract a student-athlete signs for the use of their name, image, or likeness (NIL), which refers to a student's ability to profit from their personal brand, cannot extend beyond the period they are eligible to play college sports. It also prohibits these contracts from requiring the student-athlete to give up any NIL earnings or rights they might have after their college athletic eligibility ends, or to provide compensation earned after their eligibility expires. Any contract clause that violates these rules will be considered invalid.
