This concurrent resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to change how money earned from managing state natural resources is distributed. Specifically, it would add a new section to the Missouri Constitution requiring any state department that profits from managing the state's natural resources to send some or all of that profit to the county where those resources are located. The resolution also states that the state legislature can pass laws to determine the specific methods and the amount of money that would be sent back to the counties.
