This bill requires all state agencies in Arizona to create a dedicated page on their website to post all guidance they create, develop, adopt, or receive from federal agencies, with specific requirements for what information must accompany the guidance, such as its full text, creation date, and a summary of its impact. Federal guidance that influences a state agency's interpretation of state laws or provides recommendations for complying with federal laws must be posted, unless it contains personally identifiable information, sensitive security information, or is an internal state agency communication. Agencies have thirty days to post this information and must also post a notice if federal guidance is marked as confidential, while still attempting to seek clarification for any disclosable portions. Furthermore, each state agency must submit an annual report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives detailing their compliance with these requirements.
