This bill authorizes the Department of Health to transfer two parcels of land in Fremont County, Wyoming, which are currently held for the Wyoming State Training School. The first parcel, approximately 28.94 acres, will be conveyed to the Wyoming Department of Transportation without payment, though the Department of Transportation will cover all associated costs like surveys and title insurance. The second, larger parcel of approximately 90.87 acres, can be conveyed to one or more purchasers, but any buyer must agree to use the land exclusively for residential housing, with penalties for violating this agreement; the purchaser will be responsible for all costs related to this transfer. Both transfers will be subject to existing easements, setbacks, and restrictions, and will not impact other rights or estates associated with the land. The Department of Transportation is also required to report on the progress and completion of these land transfers to a legislative committee.
