This resolution commends and congratulates Kaytelyn Harris of Quitman, Mississippi, for being named the State Games of Mississippi 2025 Female Athlete of the Year. Kaytelyn Harris, despite only playing disc golf for a year and a half, has achieved significant success, including back-to-back gold medals in the State Games and numerous regional tournament placements, demonstrating remarkable dedication and a strong mental approach to the sport, all while balancing her role as a single mother. The resolution also directs that this commendation be presented to Kaytelyn Harris and her family, shared with the State Games of Mississippi, and made available to the press.
