The resolution also acknowledges delegates selected for the National 4-H Conference, winners of various awards such as Leadership in Action, Deans Awards, and National Consumer Decision Making, as well as recipients of the William H. Booth Award, Ryles Rising Star Award, Volunteer of the Year, and Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Award.
