This bill amends existing law to remove the sales tax on taxi services and pet care services. Specifically, it removes "Taxicab and limousine" services from the list of taxable services, while keeping "Limousine services" and their associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code (485320). It also removes "Pet care services" (812910) from the list of taxable services, with the exception of veterinary and testing laboratories services, which were already excluded. The bill also clarifies that this change will take effect immediately upon its passage.
