Furthermore, signage must be posted on public property within thirty days of the bill's enactment stating that the property cannot be used for civil immigration enforcement without a warrant, and immigration enforcement officers are barred from questioning, detaining, or arresting individuals on public property without presenting a valid judicial warrant applicable to that person.
