This resolution congratulates and commends Niki Vanderslice for receiving the 2026 Yellow Rose Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award, an honor given annually by the Georgia Women's Legislative Caucus to recognize outstanding women who embody the leadership and inspiration of former Representative Nikki T. Randall, the first African American woman elected to the General Assembly from middle Georgia. The resolution highlights Vanderslice's extensive career in community and economic development, including her current role as President and CEO of the Fayette County Development Authority, and acknowledges her dedication to fostering sustainable growth and improving the quality of life in Fayette County. The Secretary of the Senate is directed to provide a copy of this resolution to Niki Vanderslice.
