The bill also requires a report detailing the survey's findings, including how compliant the submitted data was with section eight hundred one of the education law, and will include recommendations for strengthening the law if necessary. Furthermore, any school district that doesn't respond to the survey or confirm compliance will be required to create and submit a corrective action plan for approval by the commissioner of education.
