This bill amends South Dakota Codified Law Section 32-39-3 to remove an exclusion from the definition of an "agricultural equipment dealer," meaning that a person whose principal business is selling off-road construction equipment will now be considered an agricultural equipment dealer if their sales of a manufacturer's equipment meet or exceed thirty percent of their gross agricultural equipment sales in the previous year.
