If a betting company decides to limit a customer's account, they must inform the customer in writing, explain why the limits were imposed, and provide a reason for the limitation. These limited accounts will be periodically reviewed to see if the restrictions are still necessary. Furthermore, betting companies must report annually to the division about the types and frequency of account limitations they implement, and the division is empowered to create further regulations to ensure these requirements are met.
