AI Summary

This bill amends the Georgia Lottery for Education Act to allow licensed locations to host billiards and darts tournaments, with prizes limited to gift cards or other non-cash items, and requires the Georgia Lottery Corporation to establish rules for these tournaments. It also introduces a progressive discipline system for violations, starting with a warning and escalating to fines, suspensions, or revocations for repeat offenses, and mandates the tracking and reporting of lottery products issued as non-cash prizes.
