These regulations will permit relocating programs to reuse previously submitted documentation if the information is still accurate or not relevant to the move, and will allow for temporary approval to operate at the new site once life safety standards are met. The Administration will also be able to consider a program's past regulatory record to streamline the review and approval process for relocations, and must provide clear timelines and standards for this process.
