This resolution formally recognizes Olivia Favero from Taylor, Utah, as Miss Rodeo America 2026 and welcomes her to Mississippi for the Dixie National Livestock and Rodeo Show. The resolution highlights that Favero, a 22-year-old accomplished horsewoman and graduate of Weber State University, was crowned Miss Rodeo America 2026 on December 7, 2025, becoming the seventh woman from Utah to win this national title. As Miss Rodeo America 2026, she will serve as the official representative of the PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association), traveling extensively to promote rodeo, its sponsors, and the Western industry, and will also be involved in promotional events and advertisements. The resolution also notes her additional awards, scholarships, and the prestigious gifts she received as part of her title, and it will be presented to her, sent to the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce, and shared with the press.
