GHSA stands for Georgia High School Association, which is the governing body for interscholastic athletics and activities in Georgia, and Class 4A refers to a specific competitive division based on school size. The resolution also acknowledges the individual team members and their coaches, and directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of this resolution to the team.
