The study will examine potential clinic locations, operational models (including part-time services, mobile clinics, and telehealth), staffing needs, costs, funding opportunities, potential partnerships with local organizations and the National Park, and the benefits to emergency response and visitor safety, with the findings to be reported to the Legislature.
