The bill clarifies that an organization holding an annual license can still obtain one limited occasion license during its annual license period, and organizations without an annual license can get up to three limited occasion licenses per year. A limited occasion license is valid for a specified period, not exceeding six months, and allows for up to two raffle occasions within that timeframe.
