This concurrent resolution expresses support for TrumpRx, an online platform designed to connect American patients with lower-cost prescription medications by increasing transparency and bypassing intermediaries, and encourages actions to prevent discriminatory insurance practices. It urges the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to ensure that health insurance plans and pharmacy benefit managers, which are companies that manage prescription drug benefits for insurance plans, apply all money patients spend on prescription drugs, including those purchased through TrumpRx or similar direct-buying services, towards their deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
