This resolution recognizes and commends Ms. Noelia Sargento for her outstanding achievements and dedication to adult education in Georgia. Specifically, it highlights her selection as the state recipient of the 2025 Exceptional Adult Georgian in Literacy Education (EAGLE) award, an honor given to adult learners who demonstrate exceptional progress in adult education programs. Ms. Sargento was chosen from a group of delegates for her academic excellence and will serve as an ambassador for the nearly 22,000 students benefiting from adult education across the state, bringing honor to herself, her family, and the Technical College System of Georgia. The resolution directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide Ms. Sargento with a copy of this commendation.
