This bill establishes new accountability measures for public schools, charter schools, and school districts by requiring the State Board of Education to develop an annual accountability report card for each entity. The bill introduces a new A-F grading scale for schools and districts, with specific criteria for each grade based on academic achievement, growth, and for high schools, graduation rates and a "success ready graduate" measure.
