This bill authorizes the Commissioner of Administrative Services to enter into grant commitments for specific school building projects, including those in Milford, Norwich, Seymour, Stamford, Waterbury, and Westport, with estimated grant amounts approved by a legislative committee. It also revises school building project statutes by adding a provision, effective July 1, 2026, that increases the state's reimbursement percentage for school construction projects by twenty percentage points if a school district's student enrollment has grown by twenty percent or more over the preceding ten years, though this increase cannot push the reimbursement above one hundred percent.
