This bill modifies existing Maryland law to allow the Maryland Stadium Authority (the Authority) to sell "Shamrock Farms," a specific property located at 4926 Woodbine Road, Woodbine, Maryland, to the County Commissioners of Carroll County (Carroll County) under certain conditions. The Authority is generally prohibited from selling Shamrock Farms, but this bill creates an exception for a sale to Carroll County for $4,480,000, adjusted for inflation and reduced by any funds Carroll County previously contributed to the State's purchase of the property.
