This bill establishes a new "manufacturer's limited beer, wine, and liquor permit" specifically for Baltimore County, allowing the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore County to issue it to holders of certain manufacturer's licenses. This permit will authorize the permit holder to allow a licensed caterer or other contracted party to provide sealed beer, wine, and liquor products, not made by the permit holder, for on-site consumption during private events held at the manufacturer's licensed premises, provided the permit holder is not affiliated with the caterer or contracted party.
