This bill exempts mobile food service facilities, which are defined as any vehicle operating on land or water that is propelled and used for serving food, and semipermanent food service facilities, which are prefabricated units that don't require a building permit and have no indoor seating, located specifically in Washington County from the general requirement that all food service facilities must provide a convenient toilet and lavatory for public use. The bill also specifies an effective date of October 1, 2026.
