Furthermore, the bill establishes a legislative task force, composed of legislative members, the governor, and representatives from various industries, to conduct a thorough review of the WBC's operations, programs, and functions, and to make recommendations for its future, with the task force set to conclude its work by December 31, 2026. The bill also includes appropriations for the task force's expenses and specifies that existing contracts and agreements of the WBC will not be affected.
