This resolution, a formal expression of opinion or intent by the Tennessee State Senate and House of Representatives, honors and congratulates Cecilio Rodriguez of Gatlinburg-Pittman High School for his selection to the All-Region 1-3A first team, recognizing his exceptional athletic talent, character as a student athlete, and the honor he brings to the state, and further directs that a copy of this resolution be prepared for presentation.
