Legislative groups must also provide accurate contact information, including their official name, mailing address, primary email, and a designated legislative member for official communications. If a legislative group has no financial activity in a given month, it must file a "no activity report." The legislative council staff is mandated to post all submitted reports on a publicly accessible page on the general assembly's website, ensuring transparency in how these legislative groups handle their finances, with exceptions for money already reported under other laws or appropriated by the General Assembly.
