An Act To Amend Section 57-114-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Method Of Determining The Total Amount Of The Initial Amount Of Mflex Tax Incentive Under The Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive Act For A Certified Applicant With A Qualified Economic Development Project That Is Located Within A Federally Designated Qualified Opportunity Zone; To Amend Section 57-114-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; To Bring Forward Section 57-114-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Is A Section Of The Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive Act, For The Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
