This bill expands existing law regarding state road maps to include digital mapping of unimproved public roads, specifically to encourage tourism and outdoor recreation. The resulting digital maps will be made available online to the public in a downloadable format, detailing information relevant to outdoor recreation and tourism, and the Department of Tourism and Division of Highways will collaborate to promote these opportunities.
