This bill, to be known and cited as the "Santiago/Ramos/Liu Police Protection Act," requires any law enforcement agency in this State purchasing and using a new motor vehicle to have tinted windows which permit only the minimum light transmittance required pursuant to federal law, rule, or regulation.
