This legislation includes measures such as the Survivor Justice Act, protections for pets in protective orders, an address confidentiality program, pathways to justice for dating violence victims, the ability for victims to break leases without penalty, and provisions for unemployment benefits and child support relief for survivors. Finally, the resolution directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of this recognition to the GCADV.
