However, this new law includes exceptions, meaning it will not apply to activities already permitted under Pennsylvania's game laws (34 Pa.C.S.), the training of dogs for such authorized activities, or events covered by special permits outlined in Title 58 of the Pennsylvania Code. The bill will become effective 60 days after its enactment.
