This bill appropriates funds for the College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, allocating $21,366,792 from the State General Fund and authorizing $55,864,373 from special source funds. Of the special funds, $750,000 will come from the Education Enhancement Fund, and $16,456,983 from the Mississippi State University Veterinary School Fund will be used for the Wise Center's design, construction, renovation, repairs, and equipping.
