AI Summary

This bill makes several changes to the conditions of employment for public school employees in Georgia. It clarifies that employees cannot evaluate their colleagues, and that surveys used in employee evaluations must be anonymous. For teachers, employment contracts must now include their specific assignment for the upcoming school year, not just compensation, and teachers in grades kindergarten through 12 will be guaranteed at least two planned restroom breaks per day. The bill also mandates that staff development programs include training relevant to employees' specific roles. Finally, it requires school bus driver policies to include a provision allowing drivers to request a bus monitor if they have concerns about student behavior on their bus.
