AI Summary

This bill modifies the conditions that can be imposed on individuals serving probation or parole in Louisiana. Specifically, it adds provisions allowing for the waiver of extradition, meaning a person on probation or parole must agree to be returned to Louisiana if they leave the state without permission, and can be required to pay for the costs of their extradition if they are brought back from outside of Louisiana, with payment plans based on their ability to pay. These changes apply to both parole decisions made by the committee on parole and probation conditions set by the court.
