This concurrent resolution establishes the Mental Health Alternative Community Response Model Task Force, a group tasked with studying and recommending programs and initiatives for alternative community response services for mental health crises in Kentucky. It will be composed of members from both the Senate and the House of Representatives, with co-chairs appointed from each chamber. The task force is expected to meet during the 2026 legislative interim and submit its findings and recommendations by December 1, 2026, though the Legislative Research Commission has the authority to adjust these timelines or assign the study to an interim joint committee.
