The resolution highlights Andrew's leadership, respect, and selflessness, noting that his character and dedication are exceptional for his age, and therefore, it is fitting to honor this accomplished Georgian. The House of Representatives officially recognizes Andrew Collinson, extends best wishes for his future, and directs the Clerk of the House to provide him with a copy of this resolution.
