This bill, titled the "Alternative Nicotine Product Regulatory Act of 2026," aims to enhance public health and safety by establishing regulations for alternative nicotine products, which are defined as noncombustible products containing nicotine intended for human consumption. All collected civil penalties will be deposited into the "Alternative Nicotine Products Compliance Fund," which will be used by the Department of Revenue and the Attorney General for enforcing the Act.
