This resolution, passed by the House of Representatives of the 104th General Assembly of the State of Illinois, formally congratulates Bentlee Lawrenz from Montmorency Elementary School in Rock Falls for his victory in the 2025 Illinois Elementary School Association's (IESA) 3A Boys Cross Country State Championship, an event organized by the IESA, which is the governing body for many elementary and middle school athletic competitions in Illinois.
