This resolution confirms the appointment of Samarth Basanth from South Windsor to serve as a nonvoting student member on the State Board of Education. A nonvoting member can participate in discussions and provide input but does not have the power to cast a vote on official decisions. This position is a succession to Sreenidi Bala and will be for a term ending on June 30, 2026, or until a replacement is chosen and ready to take over.
