This bill authorizes the transfer of funds from various state accounts to the General Fund, which is the state's main operating budget, for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. Specifically, it directs the Office of the State Controller to move $45,000,000 from the Strategic Initiatives Program Fund, $3,000,000 from the Opportunity Scholarship Program Account, $33,745,000 from the Permanent Building Fund, and $15,000,000 from the Water Pollution Control Fund to the General Fund for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
