AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 30:83.1(A)(2) and 86(E)(introductory paragraph) and to enact R.S. 30:86(D)(11) and (F), relative to monies in the Oilfield Site Restoration Fund; to provide relative to deposit of certain revenue streams; to provide relative to use of those monies; to provide restrictions; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
