In 2022, she co-founded Telepsy, an award-winning app designed to help individuals manage epilepsy by providing tools such as locating nearby hospitals, offering appointment reminders, including a seizure timer, and granting direct access to emergency services like 911. Stamper's dedication to improving healthcare access and leveraging technology for health solutions has earned her numerous accolades, including the President's Lifetime Achievement Award, Congressional App Challenge Winner, and a first-place win at the HOSA International Leadership Conference for Medical Innovation. The resolution further directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide a copy of this commendation to Jasmine Stamper.
