Now, the bill broadens this to apply to any communication with the public, ensuring that when GenAI is used, a clear disclaimer is provided to inform people that the communication was AI-generated, with specific instructions on how and where this disclaimer should appear depending on the communication format (written, online, audio, or video), and also requires information on how to contact a human employee.
