The existing law already covers intentionally exposing sex organs or engaging in overt acts of sexual gratification under circumstances likely to cause affront or alarm, with stricter penalties for offenses committed for sexual gratification. The bill clarifies that a mother breastfeeding a child is not considered indecent exposure.
