This bill makes supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, allocating funds from the State General Fund and other sources for various state departments and programs, including early care studies, coastal protection, mental health services, infrastructure projects, modernization of permit systems, homeland security, military affairs, education programs, public defender services, law enforcement, veterans affairs, and numerous local government entities for infrastructure, community programs, and public safety initiatives. The bill also includes provisions for adjustments to existing appropriations, the distribution of nonrecurring revenues to state retirement systems, and specifies that certain appropriations are considered bona fide obligations of the state through June 30, 2027, contingent on the existence of valid Cooperative Endeavor Agreements.
