This bill appropriates funds for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Human Rights (DHR) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, totaling $28,505,060. Specifically, it allocates $16,657,700 from the General Revenue Fund for the department's operational expenses, $50,000 from the General Revenue Fund for costs related to the Commission on Discrimination and Hate Crimes, and $100,000 from the Department of Human Rights Training and Development Fund for administrative expenses.
