AN ACT To enact R.S. 47:463.243, relative to motor vehicle special prestige license plates; to establish the "Krewe of Athena" specialty license plate; to provide for the creation, issuance, design, fees, implementation, distribution, and rule promulgation applicable to such license plate; to provide an effective date; and to provide for related matters.
