This bill amends the Rhode Island Cannabis Act to prohibit the advertising of cannabis and cannabis products on any medium that could be seen by minors, including but not limited to social media, the internet, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, direct mail, and billboards. The bill also states that it will become effective immediately upon its passage.
